I studied to become a therapist because of my desire to help others live a more abundant and fulfilling life. I have a passion for working alongside college age and adults as you achieve your goals. I primarily work with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and those diagnosed with chronic health conditions. My approach is trauma focused, collaborative, and guided by the strengths, values, and perspectives of my client. I am trauma-focused and desire to assist my client in identifying the root cause of their symptoms in order to achieve transformation.
