Lauren Towner
Lauren is a Christian Life and Recovery Coach trained through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, an Amen Brain Health Professionals, and a Certified REALIFE Process Coach. She has led and participated in Christ Centered 12 Step programs and is the president and founder of Rising Hearts Ranch, a nonprofit ministry that she began after rescuing an abused horse. Lauren launched Lauren Towner Coaching in 2022. She partners with individuals and healthcare providers utilizing an integrative approach to health, wellness, and recovery.
